Sweet-Me Christmas, Day 4 - Ordering and Shipping

6:00 AM

Today's tip is Online ordering and Shipping tips.

Some things to remember for online shopping:
 * Cyber Monday is Dec. 1st. - watch for the best deals
 * look for coupon codes for free shipping
 * buy and sell gift cards at cardcash.com
 * check out promotionalcodes.com before ordering online to see of there is any discounts you can get
(I am not guaranteeing any of theses sites.  I have used them in the past, and they have worked for me, but please always use caution when ordering online.)

A popular new gift idea is the online or emailable gift card.   Many stores have one you can buy online and then your loved one will receive the redemption code in their email inbox.   Then they can use the code to shop on the stores online shop.  They have become a perfect last minute gift option in recent years.

Shipping tips:

1.  Ship early and by the recommended dates.
2.  Choose gifts that are smaller and avoid the ‘big box’ fees.
3.  Avoid very fragile items to minimize packages costs.
4.  Consolidate gifts into a single box going to the same address.
5.  Ship a single box to a relative that can distribute contents to families in the same area
